General Information

  • Items in the store that are pre-order items will be produced after the pre-order period ends. For updates on when merchandise will be shipped out, please check the social media sites below.
  • Colours and designs may look slightly different in their physical forms, due to colour conversion and handmade production.
  • All items in this store are for personal use only; reselling or redistributing the items are prohibited.
    • It is prohibited to use any merchandise from this store for commercial use or profit, which includes but is not limited to blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

 

Shipping Information

  • All orders will be shipped out from the United States.
    • Domestic shipping is estimated to take up to 5 business days.
    • International shipping is estimated to take anywhere between 1 - 4 weeks or more.
  • We are unable to ship to the following locations: Afghanistan, Antartica, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Central African Republic, Cuba, Israel, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Myanmar, New Calendonia, Niue, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Western Sahara, Yemen
    • If an order is placed from any of the countries listed (or if we are suddenly no longer able to ship to your country), the customer will be refunded.
  • We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, and additional fees (including VAT); this responsibility falls to the buyer. All fees are not included in the cost of items, nor shipping costs.
    • Big Cartel will automatically tax those from the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not hold responsibility for any additional fees outside of that.
  • Please be sure that all information given, especially your shipping address, are correct. We are not responsible for any complications that occur with the information provided.
    • For shipping address changes: If your shipping address is incorrect or has changed before your order is shipped out, please let us know through the Contact form with your order number and new shipping address. For pre-orders, we will provide reminders on social media before items are shipped out.
  • If an order is sent back to us for any reason, such as negligence to pick up the parcel, an additional shipping fee will need to be paid in order to have the package resent to you.
  • While we will do our best to ensure that your order is packaged securely, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

 

Refund & Return Policy

  • For pre-order items: Cancellations and full refunds (excluding any fees incurred by PayPal) will only be allowed during the pre-order period. Once the pre-order period ends, all cancellations and refunds will no longer be allowed for any reason. Please order items from the store with care.
    • You're still welcome to contact us through the Contact form if there are any issues, and we will do our best to help. However, please understand that we may stick to this rule regardless of circumstance.
  • For all other items: All cancellations and refunds will not be accepted. Please be careful before submitting an order, and ensure that all of your shipping information is correct.
  • Returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
